Job Hierarchy Definitions  

  • Support Task Expert – Primarily non-exempt individual contributors 

  • Subject Matter Professional – Primarily exempt individual contributors 

  • Management – Management track, generally up to Director level 

  • Leadership – Management track, higher levels up to Executive
