Total Rewards Advisory Committee (TRAC)

The Total Rewards Advisory Committee (TRAC) brings together faculty, staff and retiree representatives from across the 91Ïã½¶¶ÌÊÓÆµ System to help guide the University's total rewards package. 

This group reviews feedback, looks at trends and works with HR and Finance teams to help ensure benefits stay competitive, cost effective and support the needs of our University community.
