REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS – Master Construction Agreement

The 91Ï㽶¶ÌÊÓƵ is requesting qualifications from firms to provide general contractor services under a Master Construction Agreement utilizing a two-step selection process. Step one will consist of the submittal of Contractor qualifications in the format defined herein. The Owner’s team will review the qualification submittals and select three to five firms to proceed into the step-two bidding phase. Qualifications will be received digitally by the Curators of the
91Ï㽶¶ÌÊÓƵ, Owner until 1:30 pm, C.T., October 30, 2025, care of Jim Heckemeyer at heckemeyerj@missouri.edu and Kim Durlam at durlamk@missouri.edu. The names of the responding firms will be available upon request. No other information will be shared publicly until the step-one evaluation is complete and the shortlist is established.
A pre-qualifications meeting will be held at 10:30pm, C.T, October 23, 2025, via web conference. Instructions to access the meeting are provided below. All interested bidders are invited to attend this meeting.
