Risk and insurance management organizes, coordinates and implements programs to help control risk across all 91Ï㽶¶ÌÊÓƵ campuses. This work supports the University’s inescapable obligation to furnish facilities and an environment that provide reasonable protection from injury and property damage for employees, students and the public, while also promoting responsible stewardship of University funds and the preservation of institutional assets. 
 
By providing advice, assistance and consistency where helpful, this area helps campus leaders and staff address risk thoughtfully, consistently and effectively.

Notification of Privacy Practices

It is the policy of RIM to protect the privacy of PHI in compliance with applicable federal and state laws governing the use and disclosure of PHI. To that end, a NOTICE OF PRIVACY PRACTICES shall be made available via RIM's website and by paper, upon request, to individuals seeking to be informed of the privacy practices of RIM, as well as their privacy rights with respect to their PHI. 

RIM's NOTICE OF PRIVACY PRACTICES shall be promptly revised and posted on the website whenever RIM makes material changes to any of its privacy practices. 

A copy of RIM's NOTICE OF PRIVACY PRACTICES will be made available to any person who asks for it.
